Afterwards I have seen a supremacy in customer service like never before that you would not see similar standards in nowadays hotel industry. The Hotel GM Mr. Dewayne Wright himself intervened to ensure my experience at Riggs Is unmatchable and he succeeded on this along with his Team. You would notice a niche service from the moment you drop your car until you leave. Located in Penn Quarter, across the street from Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro, Motto by Hilton Washington DC City Center welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. All the staff members were fantastic. The room was cozy and clean. Don't expect a huge room from the micro hotels, but still, my room had enough space to do some push-ups.
