I liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever time of day (we left at 3:00 am) the staff was attentive and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and up to date. We did need to request room cleaning, I'm not used to that but I guess different customs for different times.

No hot water in my room until I called the front desk. I should not have to call the front desk to get hot water in my shower. Very alarming and unappropriate.

I was there as a part of a bodyboarding group attending a two-day session at Waco Surf. The activity was great, and the barbecue dinner we had at Rudy's in Waco was also outstanding. Otherwise, I spent no time in Waco itself.

It was cold and wet.
It was cold and wet. We were tired, hungry, and hadn't planned the stay. The first accommodation we stopped at was so pleasant and helpful, but they had no rooms. It was surrounded by eateries. The sweet cheerful lady helped us find another place to stay. Everyone else we met seemed as blase as we were. Must have been the weather. Maybe it was hunger. We were lacking places to eat close to the hotel.

Had a family situation and had to leave early but staff refused to help with refund. So for one night was charged for two days.
Won’t stay there again and will tell my fellow masons not to stay there.

There is nothing in Waco.
There is nothing in Waco. You can visit the Chip and Joanne things but cannot afford anything. You can visit the shops downtown and still cannot afford anything. Prices are too high and not much to do or see. Would not recommend going to Waco.

We started our day with a couple hours at the Cameron Park Zoo and ended with a tour of the Dr. Pepper Museum. Both were great values for our budget and also very interesting. Little kids probably wouldn't love the Dr. Pepper Museum, but it was toddler time at the zoo.

Very interesting place with much to see.
Very interesting place with much to see. The Dr Pepper and the Texas Ranger museums were really interesting. Of course the Magnolia area was great also. Taking a tour of the city gives you loads of information. Very enjoyable.
Facility was very nice, as was the staff, but I did have a leak in my room's window so the staff relocated me to a different room. The stay was very nice but the area that the hotel is located is not a great part of Waco. Honestly, even though the staff was great, I might not stay at the same location again due to the location. Otherwise, a very nice stay!
Beautiful and centrally located to the University and downtown. Extremely spacious clean and comfortable. An amazing value, less expensive than the local hotels located on the outskirts of town with less reviews. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Waco
Pictures do not do the room justice. The room was big and spacious. Not just the room, but the whole hotel is decorated so well! Loved that there was a restaurant and bar connected to the hotel and that the Silos were just next door (which was what we were in Waco for).
We liked everything!! The room was large and awesome (my kids treated over and over it was the coolest note we’ve been to). The hotel was clean, staff was kind, the location was great and overall it was wonderful. We’d stay here every time we’re near the area!!
This is our second time to stay here. It was just as nice this time around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but typical of these hotels. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
This hotel was wonderful from top to bottom. CLEAN! BEAUTIFUL! SMELLS AMAZING! STAFF IS WONDERFUL! ROOMS WERE BIG AND FELT LIKE HOME! BRIGHT! MODERN! NEW! PERFECT LOCATION! I honestly loved this place and recommend it to anyone staying in Waco!
The hotel is good for a night in Waco. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Breakfast included and sufficient. Small little indoor pool available. Free and sufficient parking spots available.
The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Great location,The rooms was fantastic and everything at your fingertips,Breakfast excellent. Definitely will be back again.
The setup of the room was really nice! We enjoyed the big sofa and the large TV. The coffee in the room was wonderful in the morning! The yogurt was good on the breakfast.
We had a nice stay in Waco. Our original reason for driving to Waco was to see the Magnolia Silo District. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was fiendly.
The room is clean, the bed is ok, the breakfast just fine maybe fruits, muffin will be great. The staff are friendly. The location to Baylor is perfect.
