Staying in the heart of any major city has become very expensive indeed, so finding a good hotel that's just a short taxi-ride away and that is much better value allowed us to have a great holiday in Washington DC. We had a big bedroom, a huge king-size bed and a well equipped and clean bathroom. Start the day with the included cooked breakfast and you're fixed up for a day's exploring in the capital.

Not a great experience. The name of the facility is wrong on the site. Someone cannot spell.. No toilet paper and was asked when I was leaving because that was the 'emergency roll'. No posting of 'card only' at the front desk on the website; I had cash as a traveler. There were too many young and 'strange' individuals hanging around the facility. I did not feel safe. Front desk staff had no energy or professionalism. No ice for beverages. Just an overall not great accommodations or experience. Management should really do an overhaul and or/look at upgrades and 'fixes' to accommodate guests.DawnUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

A roach ran across the little desk area in the room..then they charged my account 250.00 for smoking weed in the room..if I would have smoked weed in the room then everyone in the 5th floor would have smelled it..i spoke with a manager who has to speak with a house keeper and I see why I was charged ..make sure to check your chargesTheronUnited States of America

I had to cancel cos the elevator was not working and the staff told me non challantly that the only room available was on the 4th floor and I had to use the stairs. Even after stating that I had 2 kids and there is no way they will have to climb 4 stairs before reaching the rooms, was told there was nothing that could be done. Had to go get another reservation on another hotel that evening.

The staff was rude, the hotel was nasty and dirty, our room was filled with smoke smell, there were roaches and bugs all over. The people there live there and are rude and loud. I was worried for my safety in the parking lot and in the hotel it’s not a safe place and I left immediately once we paid for another hotel.
