The staff helped us get reservations so we could go to the balloons risings and taxi to the airport.

Love this hotel!! The rooms are big and often have sitting areas, clean and nice amenities, free water daily, and great bathroom. The building(s) is really cool with areas to walk around , lots of look out & seating areas outside. Great spot to view the balloons. Breakfast was great with lots of options and open long so you can get some after your morning activities. Staff was very helpful with setting up tours or anything you need!

It was the most pleasant hotel stay ever. The staff is very friendly and really care for the guests. The went out of their way for us to help us with arrangements and queries. The property is exceptionally well located, room are very aesthetic and the view from the terrace is mesmerising. Would definitely visit again and musttt recommended to stay here.

Everything was neatly clean, beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there. The staff was really friendly throughout our stay and helped us to book some activities.
